Holidays are over but is your body is still sleeping too long? Getting to school late the first few weeks of frazzles the best of us. There could be a million reasons a late arrival to school occurs, just make sure it’s not because you weren’t awake in time! Leave enough time to allow for a train, a traffic jam, or cattle crossing. My mother said I should never be late because it implied that I was more important than others. With these words engrained in my mind, I do not DO late!
When starting out having a routine is important. Never try to follow the professionals as this could only have the opposite effect. Instead work on a routine and schedule that is tailored for you and your goals. Keep a diary or Bible verse Images and list the exercises you have completed each time you train then over time you can look back and see what you have done and eaten. Another good practice is to change routines every 4-6 weeks. This is because the body is no longer benefiting from the exercises you are doing so increase the weights or change exercises.
The habit of having daily devotions or even keeping a daily prayer journal creates subtle changes that you may not notice at first, but over a couple of months, you will begin to see big changes that will surprise you as you view situations, interact with people, serve others, study in a group, and worship. Don’t be surprised if what you have read or studied that morning, comes back to speak to you later that day. That is the Holy Spirit at work in your heart causing His Word to apply in a specific situation in your life.
Allergies in dogs are often times only seasonal. Simply being observant will clue you in to the time of year your dog suffers from allergies the most. During these seasons, simply be proactive. Visit your veterinarian and come up with a plan to combat whatever your dog is allergic to, before your dog begins having problems.
In recent years, the availability of the Internet has made it easier than ever for freelancers to communicate instantly with anyone, anywhere in the world. In my own example above I traveled through a small number of countries over a period of three weeks and was able to conduct my freelance work at the same time. Many of my clients do not even know he was “moving.” Little did they know that between receiving and responding to your posts, I fish in the lake and forest walks. I could easily stay in touch with important contacts both write and send my newsletter.
If there are items on the list that will require cleaning or special preparations, such as ordering extra medications, take care of these early. It is best to have these preparations well out of the way before the day you leave.
